Not really a fair comparison…First photo is obviously doctored, at least with lights and makeup, possibly airbrushing (very likely), and may have been somewhat younger at the time. Second one was taken without enhancement.
The before photo was taken about 20 years ago or more!! It is called aging..and for all the money she has, she hasn’t gone too overboard with the alterations, seeing as she’s like 52 years old!
Oh please…she was never really beautiful, but now at 45 she is hideous…bahahaa

I agree with Psych. To be fair, yes she probably has had some cosmetics done. But she still looks AMAZING for her age. Apart from the freakish muscles haha.
In the picture on the right she look like she on on crack does not look like any work has been done to her face

Not a fair comparrison at all. She’s like 25 in the 1st pic, made up, well lit and most likely the photo’s been edited and in the 2nd pic she’s over 50, no make-up, candid shot and very unflattering.
She had a face lift a couple years ago and it’s very good work. This is just a really bad pic. I would not want to be compared to myself at half my current age either even on my best day!

She is just getting older and that is what an older face looks like. Even Madonna is going to get old, even though she will still be on stage. Walker and wheelchair on stage with her.
